Short list, and it includes the browser local-storage entries too — calling those something other than cookies would be a technicality, not honesty. We run the Meta Pixel to measure our ads and the handful of entries the product needs to keep you signed in. Nothing else.

Your choices
Ad measurement is on by default. Turn it off anytime with (also linked in every footer as “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”). Turning it off removes the Meta Pixel and deletes its cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat that as an opt-out automatically. Strictly necessary cookies can't be turned off; the site won't work without them.
